Tom is an experienced entrepreneur. His first technology startup created the world’s first 3D touch consumer device. He raised over $34 million in venture capital, licensed tens of millions of dollars of game development, obtained national distribution on his products and took the company public. The IP was sold to Facebook. Tom is currently the CEO of Devvio, leading provider of large-scale enterprise blockchain solutions for IoT, identity, ES&G, payments, supply chain, NFTs, workplace safety, and asset/records management.

Stephen Kukucha

Director

Stephen is a Partner at PacBridge Partners with over 20 years of experience in clean technology, renewable power, investing and their intersection with public policy. At PacBridge Capital Partners, he specializes in providing early stage and growth capital to companies seeking to take disruptive technologies to market and build scalable businesses. PacBridge is based in Hong Kong and Vancouver and invests in opportunities globally, with a particular focus in Asia and North America. As well, Stephen also serves as a Senior Advisor to Fort Capital Partners, focusing on origination of M&A, capital raising and advisory transactions. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC). 

Prior to his current roles, Stephen practiced law and worked in energy/clean technology – leading the global External Affairs group at Ballard Power Systems (including emerging market business development in Asia). Following Ballard, Stephen founded both a renewable power company and a strategic advisory firm. In addition to serving on portfolio companies’ boards of directors in the past, Stephen has served as Vice-Chair, Fuel Cells Canada; Chair, Canadian Transportation Fuel Cell Alliance; Steering Team & Planning Committee, California Fuel Cell Partnership; Member, US Dept. of Energy’s Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Advisory Panel; Director, National Hydrogen Association (US); & Director, US Fuel Cells Council.

Ray Quintana

Director

Mr. Quintana is the current CEO and President of the Forevver Association a Swiss Non-Profit focused on investing and creating positive impact in the ESG space. Prior to the Forevver Association, Mr. Quintana was the Global President and a Board Member of Devvio Inc. His responsibilities include assisting the Chairman and CEO develop and execute the company’s strategic plan. He was also involved in connecting investors, partners, customers and team members with Devvio.

Mr. Quintana's prior experience included being a General Partner and Head of European and Corporate Operations for Cottonwood Technology Funds, a fund focused on early-stage investments. He was also the co-founder of Cottonwood European Technology Fund and Cottonwood Technology Fund II where he was involved in all aspects of raising and running the funds. Mr. Quintana has also held strategy and corporate development positions for a number of technology companies including Texas Instruments and Robert Bosch Corporation and has served on the board of directors of Sarcos, Bayotech, Trilumina, Eurekite, OPNT, Clearflight Solutions, Masterson Industries, SoundEnergy and LeverageRock. Mr. Quintana was a CGMS Fellow at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business where he received his MBA in Corporate Strategy & Strategic Finance.

Jamila Piracci

Director

Jamila Piracci has over two decades of experience as a financial services professional. She started her career as an attorney for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, followed by spending over a decade as outside counsel in structured derivatives and as a lawyer for the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, where she coordinated market participant solutions to issues ranging from operational challenges involved in novations to auction methodologies for credit default swaps. In 2011, Ms. Piracci was tapped to create the regulatory program at the National Futures Association (NFA) that is responsible for the oversight and margin model reviews of swap dealers under the Dodd-Frank Act. After eight years building and leading the program, she left NFA to relocate with her family from the New York City area to the Houston area. Upon her departure, she began providing regulatory strategy and compliance solutions to market participants.

In addition to her client work and service on the Board of DevvStream Inc., she sits on the Boards of the Futures Industry Association and SwapEx, LLC. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of Hidden Road Partners.

Ms. Piracci received her JD and MBA degrees from Cornell University and her AB from Harvard University.
